- An appointment schedule is generated for the duration of 60 min based on your time and day preferences selected. Best Program is being selected for you as per your health condition.

- You start off with me & team where we work together on devising an eating pattern that is sustainable and a culture fit .
- Weekly interactions to review and alter your meal & lifestyle pattern.
- Phone, Whatsapp and email support throughout for all of your queries.

If you conceive anytime during the program, the remaining plan converts automatically into Trimester Pregnancy Nutrition Plan. This plan is suitable for: IVF Failed cases Trying since more than 2 years Medical concerns like endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, Diabetes, Thyroid, etc. |

- All taxes included. Rates are valid till 31st March, 2026.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Includes dedicated sessions with our Yoga & other expert consultant.
- Appointments happen online on video chat, so you can sign up from anywhere across the globe.
- Waiting period of 1-2 months. Waiting period reduced for urgent medical cases.
Why is there a waiting period for consultations?
- We are a small team of 4, handpicked and trained for more than a year before starting consultations.
- We have weekly appointments for 30 mins (1st appointment is for an hour) with all our clients.
- We take appointments only on 4 days/week .
- On remaining 2 days we sit down and study/ discuss every client case and prepare for our meetings.
- We therefore can work with only a limited number of clients at a time.
